Hi, I’m Melanie Redel, and so happy you landed here.

My passion for this practice stems from a simple truth: when we merely move into a shape, we miss the magic of the moment. Yoga is a union—a deliberate weaving together of mind, body, breath, and energy. After twenty five years on the mat, I’ve learned that the most profound shifts happen when we move beyond the physical and begin to listen to our internal landscape.

My teaching is rooted in thoughtful, verbal guidance designed to help you find your optimal alignment, creating a clear channel for your inner wisdom to shine through. I now share this approach through Teacher Trainings, guiding the next generation of teachers to lead from this same place of depth and presence.

Whether you are beginning your journey, seeking to reignite a stalled practice, or looking to deepen your own path as a guide, you are welcome here. Join me online for gentle direction at home, or visit the studio in Brandon Vermont to explore a practice focused on restoring stability, ease and curiosity. Together we move with intention so we can leave the space feeling more uplifted, carrying that compassion and kindness with us.

During our final rest, I often use the resonance of crystal bowls and chimes to help anchor our collective energy and lift the vibrational frequency of your practice.

Ultimately, yoga helps us find union within so we can sow more union in our daily life.

    • In-person sessions in Central Vermont; distance Reiki available when needed.

    • Integrative approach: Reiki can be combined with private yoga sessions when appropriate.

    • Themed workshops that explore specific techniques, ancient wisdom and philosophy, alignment, restorative practice, breath-work, and meditation.

My approach

I teach with clarity, compassion, and practical alignment principles. Yoga classes balance movement and rest, and prioritize breath awareness and present-moment attention.

Reiki sessions are gentle and respectful, intended to create a calm, safe space where natural healing can unfold. I value inclusivity and strive to make all offerings accessible, sustainable, and supportive of each person’s unique needs.

Location & scheduling
