Wisdom Flow

75 minutes Intermediate (but all levels welcome)

Wisdom Flow is a dynamic class great for all levels. We link breath with movement and carefully curated conscious music soundtracks help to keep a rhythmic pace.

Classes begin with a gentle warm up, then we flow into a mindful asana (posture) sequence and wind down into a silent savasana to allow your mind, body, energy, and spirit to unite.

Wisdom Flow offers a journey beyond the purely physical aspects of yoga, inviting you to explore the profound connection between body, energy, mind, and spirit.

In our fast-paced modern world, yoga often focuses on asana, the physical postures. Wisdom Flow, however, provides a space to rediscover the holistic nature of yoga. It's an opportunity to move intuitively, in a way that honors your individual needs and capabilities, while simultaneously aligning the physical, energetic and emotional\mental layers of your being. This gentle yet powerful practice allows your inner wisdom, that innate knowing within, to flow freely, guiding you toward greater balance and harmony.

75 minutes All Levels

Gentle Yoga is great for all levels, even those new to the practice. This 75 minute class includes mindful breath work and movement done at a slow pace. Class winds down with longer held restorative poses and ends with an extended savasana.

Students often find this style of yoga meditative and soothing for the mind, body, energy, and spirit. 

Gentle Yoga is an opportunity to wake up sleepy parts of the body and strengthen muscles, expand breath awareness and improve flexibility.

Reiki Infused Restorative Yoga

90 minutes All Levels

Experience Inner Peace: Supported by blankets & bolsters, this restful practice blends the stillness of Restorative Yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. It's a space to release what no longer serves you, quiet your mind, and restore your spirit, leaving you feeling peaceful and renewed.
